Crunchy Air-Fried Black Bean Flautas

And check out this easy enchilada sauce below, which you can whip up while the flautas are air-frying!

1/2 cup salsa

6+ round corn tortillas

1/4 cup red onions, sliced thinly

1 lime, juiced

left-over rice, room temperature

Enchilada Sauce

1.5 cups veggie broth

2 tbsp. tomato paste

2 tbsp. garbanzo (chickpea) flour

2 tbsp. nutritional yeast

2 tbsp. plant milk

1 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp oregano

optional: 1/4 tsp. or more cayenne pepper
