As a certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator who is also certified in plant-based nutrition from the eCornell T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, I specialize in helping people go vegan and take back their health (or just add more veggies to their diet!)
Coaching private clients and groups means helping them adopt a success mindset for positive change, creating personalized vegan menus together, cleaning out the kitchen, learning how to read labels and other shopping skills as well as learning new cooking techniques and dishes, both in person or via video call. I also run a free Facebook support group for those going vegan for health which provides 24/7 community.
I have been presenting cooking workshops, cooking parties and corporate wellness program events around the Tampa Bay Area since recovering from breast cancer treatment in 2014. I definitely credit going vegan with much of my health, healing and happiness and want to help you do the same for yourself.
